Every child has the divine right to enjoy a childhood free of adult worries. A child must think of the next game and not the source of her next meal.
Get involved Changing lives of the children is a continuous process; nothing can be done in limited period. Child sponsorship is about sponsoring a child and supporting the child’s community. It connects two people – a sponsor with a generous heart and a child living in poverty.
About us A childhood for children who have never had one.
Our story Sharon Welfare Society began work in 2007 to give childhood back to the children on the streets and living in slums. Our first home, started with six children. The numbers slowly grew with the magnitude of the problem.
What we do At the bottom, are the children most vulnerable and at risk of abuse. These are the children who live on the streets, under bridges and beside railway stations. Some are orphans. Some are driven from their homes.
